Rich Frommer

Mr. Frommer has served as director of the Company since November 2024. Mr. Frommer was President and Chief Executive Officer of Great Western Petroleum from February 2013 to September 2021. From May 2002 to November 2012, Mr. Frommer was Senior Vice President, Rocky Mountain division at Samson Resources Company until its sale to KKR & Co., L.P. Prior to Mr. Frommer’s time at Samson Resources Company, Mr. Frommer spent four years at HS Resources Inc. as New Ventures Manager where he was responsible for entrance into new areas and plays in Colorado, Wyoming and Louisiana.

He attended advanced oil and gas management courses at Southern Methodist University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Earth Sciences from New York State University College at Oneonta. He is a Wyoming Certified Professional Geologist.

Greg Patton

Mr. Patton has over 15 years of industry experience where he has served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Finance for Great Western Petroleum. He has also served as CFO for Trigger Energy.

Mr. Patton has a Master and Bachelors of Accounting from The University of Denver.

Bryan Freeman

Bryan was the SVP of Drilling and Completions at Rosehill Resources, where he managed the execution of the company’s $750M Capex program over three years. Prior to that, Bryan was the Production & Operation Engineering Manager for SM Energy for the Eagle Ford and Gulf Coast region where he led an 82 person team and three frac fleets.

Before SM, Bryan served as a Senior Production Engineer at Hess, and Chevron before that. At Chevron, Bryan served as the team lead in Artificial Lift while overseeing a 300 well optimization project in the GOM. Bryan began his career in the service sector in roles at Schlumberger & Weatherford.

He earned his engineering degree from UT, Austin, and is the author of a number of patents covering oil & gas production technologies.

Daniel T. Sweeney

Daniel T. Sweeney has served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2023. Mr. Sweeney served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Great Western Petroleum, LLC, a private oil and gas company, from June 2018 until its sale to PDC Energy Inc. in May 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Sweeney served as Director, Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel at Eclipse Resources Corp., a private oil and gas exploration company, from May 2013 to June 2018, and held legal roles at Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: CHK), a publicly traded oil and gas exploration company, from November 2010 to May 2013, and Rex Energy Corporation, a then publicly traded oil and gas exploration company, from April 2008 to November 2010. Mr. Sweeney received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University in 1999 and Juris Doctorate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University in 2005.

Louis J. Basenese

Louis J. Basenese has served as our Executive Vice President, Market Strategy since January 2025. Mr. Basenese served as President and Chief Market Strategist for MDB Capital Holdings, a publicly traded investment bank and broker dealer from June 2022 to January 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Basenese founded and ran an independent equity research, strategy and advisory firm, The Basenese Group. Mr. Basenese began his capital markets career as an investment consultant and analyst at Morgan Stanley from March 2002 to January 2005. Mr. Basenese has over 20 years of capital markets, as well as strategic planning, investor relations and public relations experience. Mr. Basenese received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 2000 and a Masters of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 2005.
